Business IT Support

We offer different ranges of support designed to meet client’s needs. They come in the form of a Pay as you go service whereby you pay per hour or a monthly support contract for complete piece of mind.

 

Pay As you go

 

We try first to solve computer problems over the telephone or by email using our remote support service, but that’s not always possible. So we provide an on-site trouble shooting service at any hourly rate, geared to correcting hardware and software faults, virus removal, component upgrades and so on.

We can usually estimate how long a job will take, so we give you a price up front. And, within reason, we’ll stick to that price even if the task does take longer than we predicted.

 

Support Contracts

 

Many clients engage us on a support contract basis, so they can be sure of a rapid response and an effective solution that minimises downtime.

Our support contacts are always tailored to the needs of the client’s business, and graded according to the required, specified response time. All our contracts include remote desktop support enabling us, where possible, to solve your system problems over an internet connection.

We offer Remote Support only contracts with pay as you go discounted call outs or Full support including call outs and regular maintenance to Servers.
